As a (Senior) Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and intensifying business relationships with key customers. These are pharmacy chains and online pharmacies in various European markets. You will develop customised conditions models and ensure the listing of our products.

Deine Aufgaben
- Analysing and understanding the market dynamics and mechanisms in defined target markets, currently focusing on France, Scandinavia and the UK
- Defining individual target key customers and establishing and intensifying business relationships
- Independently designing and implementing complex, target-orientated conditions models
- Ensuring complete product listings and availability for current and new products
- Interacting and aligning with internal departments such as Business Development, Marketing, Purchasing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain
- Preparing regular reports on sales activities, customer developments and conducting in-depth analyses
Dein Profil
- You have a degree in economics, business administration or a comparable education
- Your professional experience (3-5 years) with significant experience in key account development, category management, sales marketing gives you the chance to hit the ground running
- You can prove to effectively utilize your relevant sales experience to the targeted customers: Online pharmacies, pharmacy chains and pharmaceutical wholesalers
- You act highly proactive and self-motivated and have lots of drive to move things forward
- Your actions are pragmatic and solution oriented yet profound and well-thought through
- As a professional negotiator, you are familiar with negotiating and concluding extensive supply contracts.
- You have a strong analytical mindset and love to deal with numbers and statistics
- You are business fluent in English and French (C1). German is the main language spoken in our office and would be a benefit yet this is not a must
