YOUR TASKS
- You will manage and advise PAYBACK’s online partners in the Beauty & Health segment
- You will develop digital marketing campaigns and innovative sales strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new customers
- You will define relevant KPIs to ensure efficient budget allocation and continuously optimize all measures
- You will collaborate closely with colleagues from online/offline marketing, customer insights, and process management
- You will take ownership of budgeting and forecasting
- You will identify growth opportunities through market, industry, and company analyses and unlock them together with your partners
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of experience in digital performance marketing and media planning
- You are familiar with digital sales in the Beauty FMCG sector and have industry-specific expertise
- You are data-driven, analytically strong, and able to quickly grasp complex topics and translate them into actionable strategies
- You are a strong communicator, customer-focused, results-oriented, and proactive
- You are confident in presenting and negotiating
