Responsibilities
- Continuous realization and further development of the evaluation of study programs (methodology, process, reporting, identification and monitoring of measures)
- Data analysis, processing and interpretation in the context of institutional research projects (e. g. Tracking of TU Graz graduates on the labor market - ATRACK)
- Research of information, trends and best-practice examples in university quality management and conduct of benchmark analyses
- Coordination of statistical surveys at TU Graz, in particular the R&D survey of Statistics Austria
- Participation in the recording, analysis and documentation of processes
- Support in external reporting (in particular intellectual capital report, rankings) and in evaluation projects of the staff unit
Admission Requirements
Completed Master's or Diploma degree, preferably with a focus on sociology, empirical social research, evaluation, research methodology, psychology, statistics or comparable
Desired Qualification
- Excellent knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Very good IT skills (MS Office) and experience in using data analysis tools (especially SPSS, MAXQDA)
- Language level C2 (German) and B2/C1 (English) is required
- Enjoy working with numbers as well as formulating and writing texts
- Reliable and committed personality who enjoys working in a team
- Structured, precise and results-oriented way of working

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 47,464.20 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.

Organisational Unit
The Quality Management, Evaluation & Reporting staff unit supports quality development and quality assurance at TU Graz. It plans and accompanies evaluations and audits, designs key figures and analyses for evidence-based control processes, coordinates non-financial reporting and is the university's central point of contact for issues related to research integrity/good scientific practice, ethics and data protection.
