Responsibilities
Teaching activities (conducting exercises and preparing lecture materials, exercise examples, and exercise programs for courses such as construction economics
in bachelor's and master's programs).
Co-supervision of master's theses and master's projects
Research activities in the field of construction economics (support for research projects and research proposals)
Writing a dissertation in the field of the above-mentioned research areas
Administration and other general activities (e.g., website maintenance and event organization)
Admission Requirements
Completed master's degree or diploma in civil engineering or industrial engineering specializing in construction
Excellent German language skills [C1, because the bachelor's courses are offered in German]
Desired Qualification
Strong interest in construction operations, construction economics, and construction contract issues
Passion for the construction industry
Experience in construction industry topics is an advantage
Social skills and ability to work in a team in a study and teaching environment
Committed and motivated personality with organizational skills
Enjoyment of scientific work in a team

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52,865.40 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
