Side Job: Reception Staff / Night Audit - Graz

We are looking for YOU! - A hardworking and independent side jobber (all genders) as Receptionist , also during the nights.

This job is particularly well suited to students as it has flexible working hours and is based on their availability and can easily be combined with a varied (university) timetable. Of course, all applications are equally welcome.

YOUR JOB

• You organise and coordinate work processes at the reception desk during the night

• You are mainly responsible for the check-in and check-out of the guests.

• You maintain contact with our guests

• During the night you will make preparations for the smooth running of the following day

• You prepare hot and cold drinks and snacks at the bar

• You will also ensure cleanliness in the bar and reception area.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are looking for a side job ("geringfügig", so EUR 551,10 tax-free per month) for a maximum of 6 shifts per month

• Educated in tourism or some experience in hospitality

• You have great manners and a neat appearance

• You love guest contact and you show this at any time of day or night

• Organisational talent

• Very good German and English skills
