Deine Aufgaben

- Monitoring and continuously improving fire safety and occupational health & safety standards
- Conducting fire safety inspections, workplace inspections, and hazard assessments
- Preparing and maintaining risk assessments for workstations, activities, and hazardous substances
- Advising managers and employees on fire protection and occupational safety matters
- Planning and delivering safety training, instructions, and awareness activities
- Inspecting escape routes, emergency exits, and fire protection equipment
- Supporting and coordinating evacuation drills and emergency response exercises
- Organizing and coordinating first aid arrangements and emergency preparedness measures
- Investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implementing preventive actions
- Preparing safety reports, statistics, and compliance-related documentation

Deine Qualifikationen

- Completed degree in a technical field or a comparable qualification
- Recognized certification as a Fire Safety Officer
- Professional experience in fire protection, occupational safety, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and safety management practices
- Understanding of applicable fire safety and occupational health & safety regulations
- Experience in conducting inspections, audits, and employee training is an advantage
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication and advisory skills with the ability to work across functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good written and spoken English and German skills (C1)
