About the role
The Global Head of HR Business Partnering is a senior enterprise HR leader responsible for providing strategic people leadership across all Business Groups (BG) as well as Global Sales & Marketing (GSM).
In this role, you will lead, coach and develop the global HRBP organization for the BGs and GSM, ensuring high‑impact partnership with senior executives, alignment of HR strategies across functions, and excellence in execution. You will shape the global talent, organization, and leadership agenda, guiding transformative change and building future‑ready capabilities across the entire business.
This position is a critical member of the Global HR Leadership Team and a key advisor to the Executive Management Team and senior business leadership.
What you will do
In this position you will have responsibility for translating the Business and HR strategies into an executable HR agenda then work with HR colleagues and senior business leaders to ensure the HR practices and processes enable business creation and the achievement of the Business Group and Global Sales and Marketing and lastly company goals.
- Lead the global HRBP team responsible for all Business Groups and Global Sales & Marketing, ensuring consistent, high-quality HR partnership worldwide.
- Shape and drive the global HRBP operating model, enhancing capability, collaboration, and alignment across HR and the business.
- Act as the senior strategic advisor to BG Heads and the Chief Commercial Officer on all people, organizational, and culture matters.
- Translate business strategy into an integrated, multi‑year people strategy that strengthens organizational health, leadership capability, workforce effectiveness, and operating performance.
- Drive strategic workforce planning across all BGs and GSM, ensuring future readiness and critical talent availability.
- Guide large-scale organizational transformations (operating model shifts, M&A integration, capability evolution, restructuring).
- Own enterprise-level leadership and talent processes for supported functions, including succession planning, talent reviews, executive development, and high‑potential identification.
- Partner with senior executives to strengthen leadership bench depth and drive leadership culture.
- Oversee critical talent moves, strategic hiring, and retention for pivotal roles globally.
- Champion a performance-driven culture that enables accountability, agility, collaboration, and innovation.
- Lead the HRBP team in delivering consistent, high-quality change management strategies that support business transformation and global growth.
- Utilize data, analytics, and insights for proactive decision-making and strategic recommendations.
What you will need
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Administration or related studies
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including substantial leadership of large‑scale HR organizations such as regional HR teams or Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent), overseeing senior HR managers/HRBPs in complex, multinational environments.
- Clear track record of influencing C‑suite executives.
- Deep expertise across talent management, organizational development, leadership effectiveness, and strategic workforce planning.
- Experience guiding organizations through large-scale transformation, restructuring, or multi‑year change programs.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to evaluate and translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; strong executive presence and ability to challenge, influence, and build trust.
- High learning agility; comfortable with complexity, ambiguity, and rapid change.
- A collaborative, pragmatic, and results-driven leadership style.
- Experience working in a matrixed, industrial/technology/manufacturing environment is a strong plus.
- Operational efficient, strategically credible and they carry themselves as a highly competent, trustworthy individual.
