Key responsibilities include:

• Job Requisition Creation and Sourcing : HRS TA initiates job requisitions, collaborates with additional recruiters for manual postings, and may conduct sourcing activities when needed
• Candidate Management : Tasks include pre-screening, rejecting unsuitable candidates, and managing the applicant pipeline. Rejected candidates receive system-generated notifications
• Offer and Contract Management : Once a candidate is selected, HRS TA prepares and sends the offer.
• Onboarding Support : HRS TA supports pre- and post-day one onboarding administratively, while Field HR handles first-day activities and probation management

• Employee Data Management and Employee Relations : Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system. Process employee data changes, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers H andle basic employee relations matters and contribute to a positive work environment through effective communication and support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Advanced Dutch & English
• Prior experience in Talent Aquisition or a shared service center is preferred
• Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
