For our Sales Management team, we are looking for a voluntary intern in Hamburg. You will work with our Management team, providing operational and strategic support.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership Support: Assist with sales strategies, forecasting, meeting preparations, and leadership-related tasks
• CRM Admin Processes: Ensure high-quality data and support administrative processes in the internal CRM system
• Advance internal enhancement initiatives, promotional strategies, and event coordination
• Executive Team Support: Prepare presentations and provide direct support to the VP and Sales Management Team
• Plan and facilitate webinars and internal meetings, as well as assist with training programs

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office 365, especially CoPilot or AI, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and Power BI
• Able to communicate in German and English professionally
• Being able to be present in the Hamburg Office

Competencies

• A deep commitment to renewable energy and advancing the energy transition
• Good organizational skills, self-managed working methods and a high willingness to learn
• Looking for a working student job for approx. 20 hours per week
