Your tasks:
- Maintenance of master data and instalment loading in PMS, CRS, RMS and the extranets of the distribution partners
- Ensuring bookability in the connected systems incl. mappings
- Supporting the revenue managers in their daily work
- Preparation of regular reports and ad hoc analyses
- Creating meaningful presentations with the most important key figures
- Close cooperation with the revenue management team, central sales and marketing, the customer centre and the respective contact persons in the hotels/resorts
You bring with you:
- Completed hotel management training and ideally initial professional experience in reservations or revenue management in the hospitality industry
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint) and ideally experience in using the hotel software SIHOT and/or protel, Fairmas and Duetto
- A high degree of conscientiousness and accuracy
- A high level of analytical comprehension and organisational skills
- A high degree of strategic and commercial thinking and behaviour
- A high level of initiative and reactivity
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and strong communication skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
