Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data science, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions to address business challenges.
• Translate business requirements into analytical approaches
• and predictive models.
• Support the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and analytics use cases,
  from data exploration to model deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify
  opportunities for data-driven decision making.
• Deliver insights and analytical solutions that create measurable business impact.
• Ensure documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of analytics solutions.
• Work within the enterprise analytics platform and collaborate with data engineering and platform teams

Technology Environment

The role operates within a modern cloud-based analytics environment including:

• Microsoft Azure ecosystem
• Snowflake data platform for data warehousing, AI, and machine learning
• Azure Data Factory for data integration / Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines
• Visualization and data applications using Power BI, Grafana, SAP SAC and custom UIs like Streamlit

Qualifications

• Bachelor / Master degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience in data science, advanced analytics,
  or machine learning (>6 years’ experience)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience working with programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Experience working with large datasets and modern data platforms.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. (English / German)
• Fluent German & English skills
