What you will do

• Develop and qualify new wafer fab process modules on silicon epitaxy equipment (e.g., Centura, ASM) for mass production
• Lead and execute major process development and integration activities while building deep product and process expertise
• Act as a key interface between Business Groups and production in a cross-functional environment
• Ensure alignment of module development topics between projects and the fab
• Manage potential conflicts constructively through objective, solution‑oriented communication, particularly in challenging discussions at the interface of development and manufacturing
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers, supporting their professional development

What you will need

• Master's Degree or PhD in Semiconductor Device Physics or Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics or similar discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant semiconductor experience, depending on educational credentials
• Profound knowledge of industrial semiconductor technology
• Hands on experience in wafer fab process module developments on semiconductor equipment
• Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
• Very good communication skills
• Fluency in German and good level in English
