As a Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d), you will take ownership of shaping the entire recruiting process for ABOUT YOU and SCAYLE. You combine recruiting experience, active sourcing, and process optimization to attract suitable candidates and create a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the recruiting process, from job posting to contract preparation
• Responsibility for filling both technical and business roles across all levels of seniority
• Proactive direct sourcing and identification of talent, primarily via LinkedIn
• Building and strategically maintaining sustainable talent pipelines
• Advising hiring managers as an equal partner to ensure the best possible fit for open positions
• Developing and implementing target group-specific recruiting and sourcing strategies
• Monitoring and analyzing relevant KPIs and deriving well-founded recommendations for action
• Representing the company at job fairs, events, and networking activities for long-term talent acquisition

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing
• Confident handling of modern recruiting tools and sourcing platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills and a keen sense for interacting with people at all levels
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• A strong passion for professional networking and a sharp instinct for identifying the ideal fit for each team
