As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping tesa ’s hiring success by attracting, engaging, and selecting top talent across our corporate functions. You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition Managers and Hiring Managers, ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience while bringing your own proactive, structured, and people‑centric approach into our team.

• Lead job briefing sessions and align on role requirements and hiring process
• Create concise, inclusive job posts and publish across relevant channels
• Screen CVs, conduct structured screening calls, and provide clear recommendations
• Perform active sourcing and refine search strategies
• Manage ATS processes and ensure smooth, timely communication
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain process consistency
• Ensure excellent candidate experience through fast, transparent updates
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Managers, HRBPs, HR Services and hiring teams
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and support data‑driven decisions
• Strengthen tesa ’s external network and support employer branding touchpoints

• Solid recruiting experience, ideally from in‑house, agency, or startup environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Highly proactive, structured, and reliable; comfortable owning processes
• Confident in active sourcing, especially via LinkedIn Recruiter
• Able to manage multiple roles with focus and attention to detail
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus for networking and candidate communication
• Team‑oriented, positive mindset; contributes to a diverse and international environment
• Regular on‑site presence in Hamburg to build relationships and strengthen the candidate journey
