Technical Training Program Manager (Engineering) (m/f/d)

As a Technical Training Manager, you will shape and continuously develop the global technical training portfolio for service technicians, customers, and subcontractors across the Nordex Group. Working closely with Engineering, Technical Support, HSE, and Operations, you will ensure that complex technical knowledge related to wind turbine systems is translated into practical and effective learning solutions. In this role, you will contribute to the qualification of the global workforce and support safe and reliable field operations.

YOUR TASKS

• You review, analyze, and continuously optimize the global technical training portfolio to ensure alignment with product developments and field requirements
• You design and develop technical training programs, learning journeys, curricula, and training concepts based on performance data, product updates, and field feedback
• You collaborate closely with Engineering, Technical Support, HSE, and Operations to define learning objectives, competency frameworks, and training standards
• You translate complex engineering content into structured, practical, and learner-focused training solutions
• You develop and implement modern learning formats including classroom training, blended learning, digital learning solutions, microlearning, and job aids for field application
• You manage or contribute to international cross-functional projects within a technical environment
• You ensure proper documentation, version control, and compliance with relevant standards and certification requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
• Experience in technical training, engineering, technical documentation, or field service within an industrial environment
• Strong ability to understand, structure, and translate complex technical systems into practical applications and learning content
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical stakeholders, ideally in a global organization
• Solid project management skills and experience coordinating technical initiatives
• Knowledge of digital learning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage
• Fluent English is required; additional language skills are considered a plus
