Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Advanced Solutions Germany (ASG) team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a permanent basis, commencing at the earliest possible date as an Assistant / Office Manager Underwriting. Full-time or Part-time (min. 19 HPW) possible. Please include your preferred working hours in your application.

In this role, you will support the head of department as well as our globally operating Underwriting team as a team assistant, acting as a central hub for office communication and travel management (in part time focus on one of the two areas). You will work closely with the assistants within our department.

You can look forward to

  • Calendar management and support for the Head of Department, including the preparation of sophisticated correspondence in German and English
  • Planning and coordination of conferences and other events
  • Management of appointments, meeting notes and contacts using our CRM system
  • Preparation of presentations and active support of the team in the design of marketing materials
  • Travel management as well as planning and coordination of business trips and visits

You come equipped with

  • Several years of professional experience, ideally as a team assistant and/or in travel management
  • Completed commercial training or a university degree with a comparable focus
  • Strong affinity for modern digital media, communication, and collaboration tools, including very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • At least proficient user skills in both English and German
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships, plan and prioritize tasks in a structured manner and adapt flexibly to changing situations and requirements
