Your Mission: Join our team!

• Manage the global approval process for pricing and large deal requests in coordination with Sales and Partner teams
• Analyze deal structures and make data-backed recommendations to senior leadership
• Define, implement, and monitor global sales processes, policies, and standards
• Develop and manage management reports to provide visibility into sales performance and operational governance
• Support the creation and communication of sales policies and procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across sales tools, reporting, and processes

What we are looking for: Your profile 

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Economics, or a related field
• Professional experience in a support function such as Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, or IT
• Solid understanding of Salesforce or a similar CRM system
• Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking with great attention to detail
• Self-motivated, structured, and reliable way or working with strong organizational skills and affinity to work in an international team
• Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus but not required
