Your Talent
- Preferably educated to degree
- Minimum 2 years of retail and/or industry experience are beneficial
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills are essential
- Excellent MS Excel knowledge and numerical skills
- Fluent English is a must, additional European languages are a plus
- Flexibility, time management and drive for results
- Team player mentality with strong communication and listening skills
Your Mission
- Manage in-season stock investment to deliver planned targets for stores and for divisional / departmental area of responsibility
- Set up, m onitor and optimize allocation tool to ensure it is working efficiently and according to store needs
- Review product performance daily / weekly to optimize inventory levels by store and drive sales, ensuring r ight p roduct, r ight q uantity, r ight p lace & r ight t ime
- Becom e cross-departmental link between stores, area managers and the departments within HQ: you are the main contact person for all merchandising related topics
- Analyse store performances through data analysis as well as through feedback from the field to identify risks and opportunities, ultimately leading to improvement of performance
- Support p lanning t eam in delivering proposals on key decisions on products, promotions, and markdowns, targeting specific product divisions and/or stores
- Leading & supporting operational as well as strategic tasks, to improve current processes and accomplish both short & long-term projects for p lanning & a llocation team
- Liaise with fellow a llocators to ensure coordination between stores & products, to ensure f low of p roduct within the season.
