Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Develop, implement, control, and manage local compensation benefits and CBE tools, -programmes and processes. The aim is to ensure that our employees are both competitive and gender-neutral compensation, and to meet the needs of employees of all needs of employees of all generations to incentivise them to come and stay at adidas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Management
- Acquire and manage local studies and establish compensation benchmarking for a position or group of positions. Advise HRBPs on results.
- Conduct and review gradings for HRBPs and provide appropriate advice.
- Create and propose salary bands by country or function.
- Maintain the job catalogue
- Support and prepare (executive) salary proposals
- Input into and implement global compensation tools, programs and
- -processes for executives
- Preparation of STI target structure, structuring of employee groups and ensuring upload to the system
- Collecting and communicating local target achievement results
- Benefits
- Managing supplier relationships and monitoring the smooth running of plans
- Regularly review local benefits plans including contract renewals and/or tenders
- Cross-Border Employment
- Case management of executive relocations.
- Design:
- Define, design and maintain local compensation, benefits and CBE policies and guidelines within the global framework.
- Policies within the global framework, including the creation and/or updating of policy documents.

- Implement, improve and communicate local compensation, benefits and CBE programs.
- Ensure excellent administration of the programs.
- Training, communication and change management
- Design and implement change management concepts for local, strategic and global compensation, benefits and CBE programs.
- Provide technical and process related training to HR
- Create, prepare and deliver local/individual communications on global, local and strategic compensation, benefits and CBE programs.
- Compliance
- Identify, translate and implement new local regulatory requirements
- Ensure full compliance with legal, labour relations, tax and social security requirements
- Interpret and implement collective bargaining, collective bargaining and legal agreements and consequences
- Determine and implement locally relevant audit actions, follow up on audit action points.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree or adequate education
- At least six years of general HR professional experience, especially in the area of Rewards
