Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Fully own and be accountable to develop and implement global brand strategies and global commercial deliverables (incl. demand plans and LCM plans that maximize brand value in the short and long term for products in scope)
- Develop and execute data-driven and customer-centric omnichannel strategies that enhance patient & HPC engagement across digital and traditional channels
- Ensure Anti-Infectives marketing strategies fully comply with any regulatory and other compliance requirements
- Partner with Marketing Analytics & Business Insights teams to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies
- Prioritize activities and manage global marketing budget for Anti-Infectives brands & products in scope
- Provide strategic leadership on commercial topics to cross-functional Global Program Team members (i.e., Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, Technical Development, STO, Medical, Finance, etc.)
- Actively engage and ensure effective pro-active communication with key stakeholders in Global, Regions and Countries
- Monitor competitive environment, customer insights and brand performance to quickly identify and implement plan changes if needed
- Present to senior management on strategy and action plans to address competitive threats and/ or market events
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- A business and/or science background and degree is required. MBA, MD or science PhD or equivalent experience is desirable
- 10+ years’ experience in healthcare industry & 5+ in marketing, sales, market access or similar roles
- Proven success in driving growth & revenue through innovative and scalable marketing strategies
- Familiarity with digital tools and omnichannel marketing strategies
- Experience in developing and measuring brand and campaign performance
- Ability to create strategic marketing objectives and develop & and implement global brand strategies and lifecycle management (LCM) plans
- Skilled in monitoring market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
- Ability to use of data from multiple sources to guide business decisions and optimize marketing ROI
- Out of the box, disruptive and innovative thinker
- Superior ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
- Very strong informal leadership & ability to connect across boundaries
- High cultural awareness and ability to develop necessary market specific adaptations in a smart way
- Results driven, self-starter and hands-on execution mentality
- Strong ability to coordinate & prioritize multiple initiatives in parallel and aligning them with strategic goals & available budget
- Proficient planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, agility, and follow-through
- English fluent, German optional
