About Us

We are a fast-growing company operating across multiple international marketplaces. Our team manages a broad portfolio of private-label supplements on Amazon and several other marketplaces, and we are now expanding our leadership structure across key European markets.

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Country Manager to lead the strategy, performance, and operational execution of one specific marketplace: Amazon Germany.

The ideal candidate has several years of hands-on experience working on Amazon, a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, and a proven ability to manage both projects and people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Amazon marketplace for your assigned country ( DE ).
  • Oversee and coordinate a team of specialists (PPC, content, operations).
  • Develop country-specific growth strategies and execute them efficiently.
  • Manage catalog, listings, SEO, keyword research, and product launches.
  • Own the PPC strategy: structure, optimisation, budget allocation, reporting.
  • Monitor KPIs (conversion rate, ACoS, ROAS, organic ranking, session growth, reviews, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon guidelines and marketplace standards.
  • Collaborate with product development, design, and supply chain teams.
  • Analyse market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer behavior.

Requirements

  • Business fluency in German (C2 level equivalent).
  • 3+ years of direct experience in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
  • Experience leading teams or coordinating multiple roles.
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as Helium 10, Sellerboard, Jungle Scout, DataDive or others.
  • Deep understanding of PPC, listing optimization, keyword strategy, and product launches.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
  • Prior experience working inside Amazon (Amazon corporate, Seller/Vendor programs) is a strong plus.

Please note: This role is specifically focused on managing the German Amazon marketplaces. Therefore, a strong cultural understanding and native-level fluency in one of these languages is essential for success.
