What You'll Do
- Explore and analyze real-world aseptic manufacturing processes — some of the most complex and critical environments in the pharma industry
- Work with one of therichest datasets in pharmaceutical manufacturing to uncover insights and identify process optimization opportunities
- Gain hands-on experience with digital pharma technologies , risk management frameworks, and software tools shaping the industry’s future
- Receive structured mentorship, supervision, and continuous feedback from industry experts — no prior experience required
- Collaborate with aninternational, multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and innovators
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s , graduates of technical colleges like HTL or equivalent degree in Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related STEM discipline
- A curious, analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to solving problems
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and ask questions, we’ll provide the training and mentorship you need
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with an open, collaborative spirit

Conditions and Benefits
- A minimum gross salary of 36.000 € per year (overpayment possible)
- Flexible working time
