Kick off the new season with us! Starting in early July, we are looking for an F&B Assistant (m/f/d) for a seasonal position (summer & winter) to support our F&B Management. Look forward to a varied role in a dynamic environment where quality, team spirit, and genuine hospitality are paramount.
- Operational and administrative support and representation of the F&B manager
- Contact person for the employees of the service team
- Guidance of employees
- Welcoming and placing guests in all F&B outlets
- Maintaining guest contact and providing expert advice on the food and drink offer in all F&B outlets
- Ensure careful and professional handling of materials and facilities
- Pay attention to cleanliness and order in all F&B outlets and their workrooms / offices
- Mastering the Cashcom POS system is an advantage
- Completed vocational training in the gastronomic sector with professional experience
- You are responsible, honest and reliable
- You are flexible, resilient, motivated and team-oriented
- Sympathetic as well as guest and service-oriented appearance with communicative personality
- Fluent German and good English, any other language an advantage
- high quality awareness and commitment
- Enjoyment in dealing with the guest
- Independent work and strong acting in a team

- good communication skills and well-groomed manners
- F&B and business administration skills are an advantage
