• Conduct process analyses and workshops to identify digital transformation potential and AI-capabilities
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects overarching multiple digital products from start to finish
• Drive concept and scope definitions and feature design by involving all necessary experts and stakeholders to come up with customer-oriented solutions.
• Leverage expertise in AI to drive innovative and effective solutions in AI projects
• Break down functional requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications, user stories/development tasks/supplier requirements.
• Drive and coordinate successful delivery of software releases organized and executed in scrum teams.
• Ensure project delivery on time within budget and scope while managing risk effectively
• Actively drive change to ensure success and sustainability of implemented solutions
• Support established product managers in the execution of the product backlog to implement product vision and support INNIO’s Digital Strategy
• Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to project stakeholders on all organizational levels.
• Document functionality and features developed for future reference
• Coordinate resolution of Level 3 support tickets for digital solutions.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, International Business, Engineering or related
• Min 3-5 years experience in other software companies or multinational industries with demonstrable results
• Passionate about Digitalization, AI and software development.
• Project Manager experience in agile software development projects as well as third-party-software integration projects with global and virtual teams
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity
• Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture” view
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills and an ability to manage competing demands
• Fundamental knowledge of business needs and high learning capability to understand business processes
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capability of articulating specific technical topics or assignments
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
