The Position
As part of PTDS Global Clinical Supply Chain Management, the Production Enablement function ensures that packaging operations can produce material required by Roche’s clinical trials seamlessly, on-time, and while optimizing cost/quality.
Within Production Enablement the Global Clinical Order Management team is responsible for preparing any kind of packaging orders that will be produced at our clinical packaging facilities in Kaiseraugst, South San Francisco or externally with our Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) partners.
The Opportunity
In this exciting internship, you will:
Manage the end-to-end process for shelf life extension (SLE) orders of finished goods and manage additional stickering of orders
Manage in-house packaging orders and contribute to the reliable delivery of IMPs
Support the set-up of Standard Packaging Designs in close collaboration with Clinical Supply Chain Leads (CSCL), Production Enablement teams, Master Data Deployment, Packaging Operations, and Quality Units
Coordinate and resolve operational issues and discrepancies together with Quality Units
Who You Are
You are enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences, or you have completed your studies within the last 12 months in the field of Supply Chain Management and/or Healthcare Management
Communicate clearly and professionally in German and English (written and spoken)
Have strong teamwork, collaboration, and negotiation skills
Are adaptable, quick-thinking, and motivated to take on responsibility
Learn new skills quickly and enjoy working in dynamic environments
Additional Information
Planned start date: 01.04.2026
Duration: 12 months
Internship is only possible on a full-time basis
A Master’s or Bachelor’s thesis cannot be completed as part of this internship
