Tasks
- Supporting the review and verification of sustainability documents received from fuel suppliers
- Performing data entry into the Fuel IT system
- Assisting in the improvement of data handling processes and reducing turnaround time per transaction
- Analyzing data quality issues (e.g., missing fuel tickets, incorrect data)
- Preparing Excel and PowerPoint reports
- Supporting Fuel team in administrative tasks

Requirements
Are you a student (Logistics, Economics or related) looking to gain valuable experience? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with:
- Analytical skills - working with numbers, preparing reports and analyses is your cup of tea!
- Good command of English (min. B2 level)
- German language skills will be a huge asset
- Good command of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Diligent and precise working habit
- Time & task management
- Communication skills
- Team player
