Employee (m/f/d) Tool Provision

Location: GERMANY/Kreuztal | Sector: Production

We are looking for an Employee (m/f/d) for our Mechanical Manufacturing to provide tools in a 2-shift operation with the following main tasks and areas of responsibility:

Your tasks

You ensure the optimal availability of tools for our machinery and thus support the smooth running of the production process.

• Provision and presetting of cutting tools
• Recording, managing and procuring tools and consumables in our IT-supported tool management system
• Maintenance and repair of tools, as well as performing and monitoring measuring equipment tests
• Warehouse management of auxiliary and operating materials
• Maintenance of tool databases

Your profile

You are a specialist in machining who is very familiar with tools and sees yourself as a team-oriented service provider.

• Successfully completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator or comparable technical training
• Basic knowledge of tools, their handling and areas of application
• Professional experience in the field of CNC/NC machining
• Good CAD skills and experience with tool management systems, e.g. Walter TDM, are desirable
• Reliable and precise working methods
