You will work in a dynamic team in which you will be responsible for the further development of complex applications and processes. You will analyse customer requirements, develop innovative solutions and ensure their successful implementation. Thanks to your expertise, you will ensure operational readiness and make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction. You will also accompany and support our customers throughout the entire project to ensure that their needs are optimally met.
- Development and optimisation of banking modules, innovations and regulations to adapt to customer needs
- Continuous consulting to improve business processes and support with technical and functional changes
- Integration of new modules and applications to enrich the information system
- Ensuring the operation and efficient resolution of incidents
- Analysing needs and proactively developing suitable solutions
- Responsibility for the end-to-end implementation of customer projects and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Use modern technologies for the development and implementation of customised solutions
- Collaboration in a dynamic and agile team environment with short decision-making processes
- Providing high-quality support and advice in all support processes
- Promoting continuous development through independent action and expert knowledge
Your skills
- A degree (Federal VET Diploma) in the relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Interest in and understanding of IT, business informatics or digital technologies
- Experience in customer contact, sales or consulting and high social skills
- Organised, independent and responsible way of working
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of databases, programming or software development
- Experience with agile methods and project management
- Technical understanding, especially in networks or IT security architectures
- High customer and service orientation, combined with a solution-orientated mindset
- Willingness to undergo continuous further training and adapt to new technologies
- Experience in change management or digital transformation
- Ability to analyse complex issues and develop solutions
- Very good German; French and English an advantage
