WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

For all locations:

Occupational Health &Safety:

• ASA Committee topics and onsite visit findings follow up
• Coordination of quarterly eye checks for employees
• Coordination of fire evacuation trainings for all locations
• Coordination of fire protection assistant, first aider trainings and refresher trainings as well as safety officer training nomination

Organization and follow up:

• Coordination of special risk assessments owner
• Update of internal OHS postings
• Support of mental stress risk assessment creation and follow up
• Initiation with HR of yearly safety instruction process
• Yearly update of the OHS handbook for supervisors
• Internal communication about OHS topics
• BOS documents preparation and update
• Support of audit preparations (ISO and TS16949) and ISO-based required documents
• Organizing Company events
• Handling of Shipping process
• Handling of MUDA Buster
• Support for management of access rights in the cross-site access system
• Handling and regular check of current video surveillance system
• Company fleet management for all European sites in cooperation with FIE

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Commercial education
• Experience in process coordination and internal services management
• Experience in dealing with external service providers, authorities, insurance companies, etc.
• Good knowledge of contract, procurement or fleet management is an advantage
• Strong understanding of business contexts
• Broad understanding of internal corporate structures and their cost effects
• Good English skills
• Confident in using MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Self driven and independent working style
• Preparation of recommendations for action
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
