The Role

This marks an exciting new chapter for Rado as we prepare to open our first Australian Retail Boutique this May in Melbourne. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be a key ambassador for the brand, responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and cultivating strong client relationships within the boutique.

• Support Boutique Management with day-to-day operational tasks as required
• Lead the team in meeting and surpassing sales targets
• Uphold the highest service standards
• Build and maintain a strong client relationship
• Open and close the boutique when needed
• Ensure the boutique runs smoothly in the absence of the management team
• Perform daily security stock counts to ensure inventory integrity
• Oversee the organisation, replenishment, and storage of backup stock, visual merchandising materials, product packaging, instruction booklets, and warranties
• Provide feedback to the Boutique Manager on team performance and areas for improvement.
• Continuously develop in-depth knowledge of the brand and product range
• Stay informed about stock availability, delays, backorders, and discontinued product lines
• Complete E-Learning modules as required to stay up to date with training and knowledge

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years retail experience in the high-range or luxury sector preferred
• Highly developed and proven customer service and clientelling skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer literacy skills: Word, Excel
• Visual merchandising proficiency
• Strong time management skills
• Collaborative team player with energy and drive
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Full time flexible availability
• Luxury watch industry knowledge and experience preferred but not essential
• Be a true brand ambassador with the ability to represent and promote the brand with passion and professionalism
