About the position
As a salesperson in the Telekom Shop, you are the first point of contact and the friendly face for our customers. Your main task is to provide our customers with competent and service-oriented advice, to offer tailor-made solutions in the areas of mobile communications, fixed network, broadband and smart home products and thus to achieve successful sales transactions. They inspire customers for innovative telecommunications products, master complaint management challenges confidently and always ensure an outstanding shopping experience. With your strong communication skills and financial skills, you will build long-term customer relationships. Safe use of cash register systems rounds off your profile and makes you a valuable member of our team.
Must-Have Skills
Profound experience in active sales consulting
- Distinctive customer focus and service readiness
- Demonstrable degree in direct sales
- Comprehensive product knowledge in the telecommunications sector
- Specialized knowledge in the mobile communications sector
- Solid fixed-network and broadband knowledge
- Safe use of modern cash register systems
- Competence in professional complaint management
- Distinctive communication skills and persuasion
- Knowledge and interest in smart home products
Nice-to-have Skills
Further foreign language skills (e.g. Turkish, Russian or Arabic)
- Affinity for digital trends and new technologies
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling
- Basic knowledge of using social media for professional purposes
