* Manage financial planning, budgeting and rolling forecasts.

* Prepare management reports and financial presentations.

* Conduct variance analysis and profitability calculations.

* Define and monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.

* Support month-end closing, cost management and balance-sheet analysis.

* Support strategic projects and investment decisions.

* Contribute to the development of the Data Analytics environment using **BigQuery and Power BI**.

* Work closely with management and international business units.

3–5+ years of experience in Controlling / FP&A

Strong knowledge of Financial Controlling and Reporting

Power BI and data modelling

SAP / SAP ERP

SAP Analytics Cloud or Tableau

LucaNet knowledge

BigQuery – good to have

Advanced MS Excel skills

Strong analytical and conceptual abilities

KPI management, budgeting and forecasting

German C1 and English B2+
