YOUR TASKS

Are you an experienced leader in technical project management with a strong sense of ownership and a high level of self-responsibility? This position offers you the opportunity to lead technical projects from planning to successful implementation, taking full responsibility for all project phases. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop groundbreaking and sustainable solutions.

• Leading and coordinating technical projects while ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and resource allocation on a global scale.
  
• Taking full technical project ownership — from planning and implementation to final delivery.
  
• Ensuring effective communication and collaboration among technical internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Identifying and managing risks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  
• Apply development fluency across system, hardware, software & mech. design.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed studies in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering) or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  
• At least 5 years of experience in managing technical projects, preferably in automotive ECU development
  
• Certifications in Systems Engineering or Project Management (e.g., ASEP/CSEP, PMP) are an advantage
  
• Technical expertise combined with strong project management capabilities
  
• Proven leadership and communication skills
  
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, commitment, and initiative
  
• Strategic and analytical abilities
  
• Fluent in German and English
