Your Tasks

You will drive the digital transformation of accounting processes, from implementing e-invoicing solutions to automating accounting workflows using modern IT systems like Odoo.

You will work closely with our customers, internal departments (Accounting, Controlling), and the implementation team, acting as a key liaison between business departments and IT.

You will oversee the entire implementation process, monitor project progress, and find pragmatic solutions to any challenges that arise.

You will create comprehensive customer documentation and lead presentations, workshops, and training sessions on accounting processes for new and existing clients.

You will perform software tests to ensure implemented solutions meet the highest quality standards.

You will support sales inquiries with your technical and functional expertise.

You will contribute your own ideas and actively work on the further development of our consulting standards and methods within the IT and Finance sectors.

You will work closely and in confidence with company management.

Your Profile

A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus, Computer Science with a focus on Finance, or a comparable qualification (e.g., vocational training in tax consultancy).

In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (GoBD, HGB, IFRS) and/or controlling.

Proven experience in implementing and supporting IT projects within a finance environment (e.g., ERP implementations—ideally Odoo—process automation, or system migrations) and analyzing/digitizing business processes.

A strong affinity for IT and a keen interest in digital workflows and emerging technologies.

A proactive willingness to learn new technologies, industry trends, and best practices to provide the best possible solutions for our customers.

High level of customer orientation, strong communication skills, and consulting expertise.

An independent, structured, and team-oriented approach to work.

Excellent German and proficient English (written and spoken) to advise both national and international clients.
