Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 3–5 years of experience in the IT industry who is eager to drive growth, build long-term relationships with clients, and contribute across sales, marketing, and delivery functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in established and untapped markets.
  • Assist with day-to-day business administration such as documentation, reporting, meetings, and use of business tools.
  • Conduct outreach via networking, online research, and inbound leads
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and participate in meetings and negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, press releases)
  • Conduct market research to monitor trends and discover new opportunities
  • Support administrative and operational roll-out of services to new market segments
  • Meet and exceed defined sales targets and performance objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT services
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and managing client accounts
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, is mandatory
  • Maltese language skills will be considered favourably
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and modern sales tools
  • Must be currently based in Malta (no relocation or visa sponsorship provided
