The job

As a Swedish-speaking Sales Team Leader, you will join a creative and high-energy sales department in a leading financial company specialising in online trading, currency exchange, and customer relations. You will be responsible for motivating and guiding a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed performance targets. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both coaching and strategic thinking to ensure the team’s success.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Managing the sales team and ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met

• Listening to calls and assisting sellers in closing deals

• Monitoring daily reports and taking action when needed

• Reviewing each seller’s performance and setting daily targets

• Holding one-on-one meetings to coach, motivate, and resolve issues

• Managing attendance and disciplinary actions when necessary

• Opening support tickets and ensuring prompt follow-up

• Providing daily feedback to the shift manager

• Motivating the team and creating a positive, high-performance atmosphere
