We are seeking a Human Factors Engineer (f/m/d) for a project assignment with our well-known international customer AIRBUS in Manching.

TASKS

• Holistic development of human-machine-interfaces of complex systems
• Pre-design, design, development, validation and verification of complex human-machineinterfaces
• Support to certification according to civil and military regulations
• Application of human factors engineering specific tools and procedures
• Work package responsibility
• Contribution and performance of human factors engineering specific work packages

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in psychology (at least a Master's or Diploma degree), or in aerospace (at least a Master's or Diploma degree), or a technical degree (at least a Master's or Diploma degree), or in electrical engineering (at least a Master's or Diploma degree), or in computer science (at least a Master's or Diploma degree), or in engineering (at least a Master's or Diploma degree); the focus is on programs with a technical background.A specialization in human factors engineering is mandatory.
• Knowledge of software engineering, including programming, is required.
• Military experience is an advantage.
• IT: MS Office (at least detailed specialized knowledge), programming skills are required.
• Language skills: English (at least fluent), German or another language is nice to have
