As part of this transformation, they are strengthening their internal SAP organisation and expanding their capabilities across Customer Service (CS), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance (PM).

We are now seeking an experienced Inhouse SAP CS/EAM (PM) Specialist who will play a key role in optimising maintenance and customer service processes, supporting S/4HANA initiatives, and shaping the future of a large, complex SAP environment. This position offers the chance to work in a global organisation, collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and contribute to strategic SAP projects with long‑term impact.

• SAP CS/EAM (PM) Consulting — Deliver functional consulting, application support and hands‑on configuration across CS, EAM and PM.
• Maintenance & Asset Management Processes — Analyse, optimise and further develop PM/EAM processes including technical objects, equipment, functional locations, orders and notifications.
• Customer Service & Cross‑Module Integration — Support CS processes and ensure seamless integration with logistics and core modules such as MM, SD and FI/CO.
• S/4HANA & Continuous Improvement — Contribute to S/4HANA enhancements, prepare functional specs, coordinate developments, support testing and drive process optimisation.
• Incident Resolution & Stakeholder Collaboration — Analyse incidents, identify root causes, implement solutions and provide user support, training and knowledge transfer to business stakeholders.

• SAP CS/EAM/PM Expertise — Several years of hands‑on consulting in PM/EAM and CS with strong maintenance process knowledge.
• S/4HANA & Customising — Practical S/4HANA experience plus solid configuration and cross‑module integration (MM/SD/FI/CO).
• Stakeholder & Language Skills — Strong communication, independent working style, fluent German and good English.
