Your Impact
- You drive dealer performance by setting and supporting sales, profit, and market share goals, coaching for growth, and building strong, credible relationships
- You support dealers in customer interactions and deal closures to strengthen brand reputation and drive retail success
- You ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards, promoting a culture of integrity and excellence
- You lead sales pipeline activities by coaching dealer teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups
- You organize and represent the company at meetings, field days, farm shows, and marketing events to promote products and technology
- You champion the adoption of precision ag technologies by delivering training, consulting on solutions, and providing strategic feedback to internal teams
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field with agricultural experience, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5 years of sales management experience with a strong track record in driving growth and managing dealer or distributor relationships
- Company Car or Car Allowance
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, and a high willingness to travel within the assigned region and beyond
- Deep understanding of the agricultural market, its dynamics, and dealer business models, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve conflicts strategically
- Background in the agricultural industry or hands-on farming experience is preferred
