• Develop and execute a focused sales strategy for wind turbine projects in Australia to achieve agreed sales targets, order intake, margin expectations, and long-term market growth objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities by building a robust project pipeline and positioning ENERCON’s value proposition effectively against competing OEMs.
• Lead customer engagement from early lead generation through tender, offer preparation, contract negotiation, contract execution, and structured handover to Project Management.
• Build and manage trusted relationships with developers, investors, utilities, consultants, and other key project stakeholders, acting as a senior commercial contact for strategic accounts and complex customer matters.
• Coordinate the preparation of competitive and compliant RFQ/RFP responses, commercial proposals, and project-specific solutions in close alignment with engineering, project management, service, legal, finance, and regional management teams.
• Lead commercial negotiations for Sales and After Sales contracts, including pricing, scope, risk allocation, commercial variations, and key contractual interfaces.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure customer requirements, national technical standards, grid compliance, and regulatory expectations are reflected in project offerings and documentation.
• Perform commercial assessments, cost-of-energy analysis, and economic modelling to support pricing decisions, benchmark competitor offerings, and strengthen ENERCON’s position in customer discussions.
• Represent ENERCON at industry conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, and market events

Support sales forecasting, order intake planning, and pipeline reporting in collaboration with the Pipeline Manager, ensuring accurate and timely updates in relevant sales systems such as CRM and SAP.
