As a Service Agent, full-time or part-time, you are our first point of contact for customers. You receive their inquiries and take care of a wide range of requests. You remain friendly and composed at all times, even when dealing with less friendly customers.

Your Responsibilies:

• You are the go-to person when our customers have questions - whether by phone, email, or chat. You assist them with everything related to online shopping.

• You provide information about our products, delivery times, payment options, returns, and anything else our customers need to know.

• Sometimes things don´t go as planned. You support our customers patiently and in a solution-oriented way, for example with orders, deliveries, or complaints.

• You assist with processing orders, updating customer data, or helping customers with login issues.

Your Profile:

• You already have experience in customer service, ideally in online retail or e-commerce.

• You are very friendly, a good listener, and can express yourself clearly and understandably, both verbally and in writing.

• You can put yourself in other people´s shoes and remain calm and helpful even in challeing situations.

• You enjoy finding practical solutions and don´t give up easily.

• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.

• You are fluent in German and French. English skills are also required.
