Key Account Manager C&E

Hybrid Model (remotely & onsite)

Drive success by managing every aspect of the customer’s Consumable & Expendable (C&E) account, from material supply to margin optimization. Lead supply chain strategies, deliver impactful data insights, and ensure seamless customer support.

Be the key interface across planning, service, and management. Own the process, power the performance!

Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

• Assist with the RFP process by providing part number pricing and supply chain solutions to meet customer needs and grow C&E business in the region
• Perform commercial monitoring and work with LHT Invoicing & Controlling Teams to ensure contract profitability
• Develop customer interface procedures, optimization and expansion opportunities
• Monitor material proactively for consumption trends, necessary stock optimization and initial provisioning recommendations
• Investigate and provide root-cause analysis for stock outs and implement necessary corrections to the supply chain processes
• Assist Buyer/Planners & Customer Service as required to support customer requirements
• Think analytically and creatively

Requirements

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:

• High school diploma/GED desirable
• Bachelor’s degree desirable
• Master’s degree desirable
• 3 years of experience in inventory or contract management desirable
• Fluency in English language required
• German and Spanish language desirable
• Knowledge in Purchasing / Planning of Aircraft material desirable
• Excellent knowledge of Excel/Word/PowerPoint as user
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 or other ERP systems is desirable
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent business sense
