Your Responsibilities as Billing Coordinator:

What’s the job about:

The Billing Coordinator is responsible for independent execution of the financial administrative processes of the operational team and keeps track of correct invoicing in full.

Main tasks:

• Creates the invoices for contract logistics
• Accurate and timely job costing
• Creates, maintains, checks, revises and adjusts purchase orders
• Maintains, checks and adjusts to the correct cost center of all purchase related invoices and other (general) invoices
• Takes care of finance disputes on vendor invoices
• Makes and registers credit notes according to signing powers
• Notices and reports (administrative) irregularities concerning customer invoicing
• Notices and reports (structural) irregularities on buying and selling rates
• Is the operational key user for financial systems and key person for operational finance related questions
