Who we are looking for:

A motivated colleague to strengthen our team who possesses the following qualities:

• Experience with warehousing operations, warehouse processes and logistics equipment (forklifts, safety procedures, etc.)
• Proficient in Excel, MS Office, and MS Access
• Accurate and detail-oriented
• Strong affinity with the logistics industry
• Able to quickly identify patterns and come up with creative solutions
• Someone who enjoys being on the warehouse floor and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, if you speak Dutch that's a plus

Your Responsibilities as Stock Controller:

 

• Checking the quality and quantity of incoming and outgoing orders and goods
• General follow-up of warehouse activities (repacking, timely replenishment, etc.)
• Performing administrative tasks related to inventory management
• In case of quality issues, you implement corrective measures following a root cause analysis
• You are responsible for periodically sending out internal and external stock reports, in coordination with the WHS supervisor
• You inspect storage locations for missing goods and identify potential improvements
• You perform regular inventory checks
• You specify item characteristics for new products and carry out periodic ABC analyses
• You monitor expiration dates of goods and follow up in line with customer requirements
• You manage stock both physically and systematically via our WMS system
• You actively participate in the implementation of new customers, offering support and advice
