Tasks
- Responsibility for the requirements management of Eplan solutions for the aspects of preplanning and concept engineering for discrete as well as continuous processes - with regard to our focus markets, target industries as well as existing and potential customers
- Development of product strategies for our business areas, especially in the process industry, energy and building technology
- Analysis of market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for our software solutions and derive strategic recommendations
- Business and use case management: Identification, validation and maintenance of business cases and use cases as well as derivation of development priorities and product roadmaps
- Close collaboration with internal departments such as Vertical Market Management, Sales, Go-to-Market, Solutions and other divisions
- Coordination of relevant stakeholders and communication on visions, strategies and developments within the company
Job profile
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in software product management or in a comparable role
- Completed studies in (business) engineering or in a comparable field
- Independent and structured way of working as well as analytical thinking to find practical solutions for complex tasks and to communicate/moderate complex topics
- Good understanding of software products and their life cycle
- Customer-oriented appearance and a team player mentality
- Knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban is desirable
- Very good German and good English skills
