YOUR TASKS

• You will manage and advise PAYBACK’s online partners in a dedicated segment
• You will develop digital marketing campaigns and innovative sales strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new customers
• You will define relevant KPIs to ensure efficient budget allocation and continuously optimize all measures
• You will collaborate closely with colleagues from online/offline marketing, customer insights, and process management
• You will take ownership of budgeting and forecasting
• You will identify growth opportunities through market, industry, and company analyses and unlock them together with your partners

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of experience in digital performance marketing and media planning
• You are familiar with digital sales
• You are data-driven, analytically strong, and able to quickly grasp complex topics and translate them into actionable strategies
• You are a strong communicator, customer-focused, results-oriented, and proactive
• You are confident in presenting and negotiating
• You are fluent in german and confident in english conversation
