Your Role
As a Business Intelligence Manager in the Growth department with a focus on Pricing, you are responsible for the commercial logic behind our pricing. You will build the models that balance inventory velocity with margin targets, moving us toward a Net Yield optimisation framework. You will report to the Revenue Operations organisation with direct line to Elisa Ritter.
Why FINN?

- With massive growth potential, FINN allows you to quickly develop and succeed in a highly motivating startup environment.
- Competitive fixed salary and virtual equity share of the company, along with a yearly personal development budget of 1,500€ and an attractive company pension scheme.
- Access to discounted gym memberships, and attractive mobility options (e.g. discounts for FINN cars via JobAuto or JobRad).
Your Responsibilities
- Align the Pricing Engine Project: Develop and maintain the analytical models used for dynamic pricing, ensuring they incorporate real-time competitor data and marketing costs
- Impact our business performance by developing actionable & data-driven measures: Build demand forecasts that move beyond simple historical averages to include seasonality and inventory scarcity signals.
- Segmentation & Elasticity: Build data models to measure price sensitivity across B2B and B2C to reduce manual discounting and margin leakage.
- Be a sparring partner to the management team: Enable the management team to make decisions based on data, help them identify their blind spots and increase confidence in their decisions.
- Drive data transparency in the whole organisation: Be instrumental in sharing key results across the organisation, create buy-in by increasing transparency and make sure that everyone has access to the data needed to make decisions.
Your Profile
- Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, economics, statistics, business analytics or similar.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Highly proficient in SQL and BI tools (Looker); experience moving logic from GSheets into more robust, automated environments (Python, Retool).
- Strong understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, contribution margins) and SaaS Growth KPIs.
- Known for being curious, having high agency, and the ability to figure out complex problems independently.
- High level of resilience and drive to consistently deliver high-quality results.
- Fluent in English. German is a plus.
