• drive our commercial success across EMEA markets outside our Ruby destinations and identify new business opportunities
• are the face of Ruby for international B2B clients and IHG Global Sales partners
• turn incoming sales enquiries into business opportunities and great conversations into long-lasting partnerships
• connect clients with the right Ruby experience, from corporate travel to groups, meetings and events
• keep an eye on market trends and customer needs, identifying opportunities to grow our business across the Ruby portfolio
• work closely with Operations, Reservations, Revenue and Events to create the best possible experience for our clients
• manage our Sales Desk inbox and group sales hotline, ensuring every enquiry receives the attention it deserves
• keep your accounts and sales activities organised in our CRM, making sure no opportunity or next step gets lost

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

• initial experience in hospitality, B2B sales or account management and a passion for working with international clients
• a commercial mindset, a strong sense of ownership and the drive to turn opportunities into results
• organised and able to keep your cool, even when juggling multiple clients, hotels and priorities
• confident using CRM systems, Excel and MS Office
• a natural relationship builder who connects easily with people from different cultures and knows how to turn contacts into lasting partnerships
• excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
• a proactive, hands-on attitude and a genuine team player who enjoys learning and growing together
