As a Digital Enablement Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in driving digital transformation across our organization in Germany. You will lead initiatives that enhance digital capabilities, streamline processes, and improve collaboration. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the successful implementation of digital tools and strategies. We value candidates who are proactive, adaptable, and passionate about leveraging technology to create meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of digital tools and processes to support business goals.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify opportunities for digital innovation.
- Ensure digital solutions are user-friendly, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
- Promote a culture of digital adoption and continuous improvement within the organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Digital Marketing, or similar).
- Substantial experience in digital transformation, project management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of digital tools, platforms, and processes.
- Strong business acumen to collaborate with business and medical to drive adoption and impact of tools
- Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, SQL).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
- Certification in digital transformation or project management is a plus.
