Your mission

• Strategy & Business Prioritization: You work closely with our Co-CEOs and the Management Circle, prepare strategic decisions, and translate our corporate strategy into clear priorities and operational actions.
• Project Management & Cross-Functional Execution: You lead and accelerate important cross-functional projects, ensure structure and progress, and make sure company-wide initiatives are successfully implemented.
• Operational Excellence & Management Routines: You maintain an overview of key activities, establish effective management and decision-making routines, optimize processes, and proactively identify challenges to ensure speed and collaboration across the organization.
• Communication, CEO Excellence & External Readiness: You prepare key client meetings, develop CEO keynotes, draft strategic briefings, and orchestrate internal and external communication for maximum clarity and impact.
• Information Management & Decision Enablement: You analyze complex issues, prepare data in concise reports, and ensure that relevant stakeholders always have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
• CEO Sparring, Partnership & Trusted Advisory: You are the Co-CEOs’ trusted point of contact, act diplomatically in sensitive situations, identify internal developments early, and ensure that messages are communicated consistently and aligned with our growth strategy.

Your skillset

• Academic Background: Outstanding degree in a technical or management-oriented field from a reputable university/universities.
• Relevant Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a dynamic startup, VC environment, or top-tier strategy consulting (PPT, Excel, and strategic communication are part of your daily routine).
• Working Style: You work clearly, in an organized and forward-looking manner, make confident decisions, and manage complex, cross-functional topics with oversight and consistency.
• Skills & Competencies: You excel through strong communication skills, executive presence, and a confident demeanor with management, clients, and teams.
• Quality Standards & Ownership: You embody the "Extreme Ownership” principle, maintain very high standards of quality, and work in an agile, solution-oriented way.
• Language Skills: You communicate in German and English at C1/C2 level—clearly, precisely, effectively, and with a good dose of humor.
